Cloud type
ENTJ: the summit cloud
eyes on the peak, already climbing
The summit cloud is Everblue’s name for the ENTJ cloud type: someone who recharges with people, leans curious, decides head first, and plans ahead. You set big goals and organize the path to them. Direct and decisive, you like to lead and you like things to move. It’s a lens, not a diagnosis.
- E · energy: recharge with people

what summit clouds are like
You set big goals and organize the path to them. Direct and decisive, you like to lead and you like things to move.
Summit clouds recharge with people, especially people working toward something. A sharp meeting or an ambitious plan with friends can leave you energized. Your mind is curious and strategic. You see where things could go and immediately start thinking about how to get there.
You decide head first, quickly and clearly. You’d rather make a good decision now than a perfect one in a month. You plan ahead. Goals get broken into steps, steps get owners, and you feel best when you can see progress on the board.
Your strengths are vision and drive. You can rally people around a goal, cut through confusion, and get things moving when everyone else is stuck in discussion. You’re honest, direct, and willing to take responsibility.
The growth edge is the people on the climb with you. At your pace, others can feel rushed or unheard, even when your plan is right. It helps to ask before deciding, to slow down for feelings, and to notice when you’re treating rest as something to optimize. The view from the top is better with company.
steady or stormy
Every cloud type comes with a weather suffix, read from how strongly your feelings move.
ENTJ-Steady
feelings move through you like light weather; slow to rattle.
A steady summit stays clear-headed when plans wobble. You make the call and keep going, which people find reassuring. Check in now and then on how everyone else is doing.
ENTJ-Stormy
you feel things big and deep; your weather changes, and that is part of you.
A stormy summit feels setbacks hard and can push even harder in response. That intensity gets things done. Writing before reacting gives your best judgment a moment to catch up.
how summit clouds tend to journal
Summit clouds often treat a journal like a planning tool: goals, reviews, next steps. Keep that. Add prompts that ask how the climb feels, not just how far you’ve come.
- 1what’s the peak you’re climbing toward right now, and why that one?
- 2what progress did you make this week that you didn’t stop to notice?
- 3who on your team, or in your life, might be feeling rushed?
- 4what decision did you make quickly that deserves a second look?
- 5what would you do with a day that had no goals at all?
- 6what are you afraid will happen if you slow down?
- 7which feeling did you skip past this week to keep moving?
- 8what does success look like if you include how it feels?
types that pair well, and types that challenge you
